Why use an RCIC?

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant – RCIC, is a member of ICCRC which is a national regulatory body of Canada. Current federal mandate stems from the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Citizenship Act which require anyone providing Canadian immigration or citizenship advice or representation to be a member in good standing of ICCRC, a Canadian law society or the Chambre des notaires du Québec. The ICCRC was designated by the government of Canada in July 2011, to regulate services related to Canadian Immigration, Citizenship & international student advising.

According to Canadian law, RCIC’s are one of the two authorized immigration professionals, licensed by Government of Canada to provide immigration services such as advising on immigration matters, preparing and launching various types of Visa application to IRCC and advocate an immigration case in the largest Immigration Tribunal of Canada – IRB. They have to complete rigorous educational study program which includes qualifying an Academic language proficiency test (IELTS CLB – 9) and a federal level licensing exam that outcome in an in-depth knowledge of the Canadian immigration law and VISA Programs. They are capable of searching and identifying authoritative resources and tools for immigration related research.

Benefits of hiring a RCIC-ICCRC member

Most of the Visa programs are not as easy as they look like because they may have information and required documentation which is not clearly stated but decisive in increasing your chances for Visa approval. Canadian immigration programs include complex procedures with overnight changing rules and regulations. Having inadequate knowledge of a visa program, committing a small error and missing important guidelines will result in refusal and hence vanishing your opportunity to land in Canada. The remedies to overcome refusal in most of the cases are more tough, time consuming and costly. It is always suggestive to hire a qualified and licensed immigration professional in order to avoid unusual delay and refusals that you don’t deserve at all. If you are looking for help, look no further than an RCIC.

On the other hand, communicating directly with a Canadian consulate, embassy or other 3rd party immigration service providers may be strenuous or discouraging process as clients do not have experience with such procedures. An RCIC is an authorized person to contact and conduct any correspondence with Canadian Government on your behalf and hence stress off your work.

Despite all, choice is yours, to hire a RCIC or an unqualified person
